Argentium® silver stud earrings, studs with hammered texture. All sizes in stock and ready to ship.

A nugget of Argentium® silver has been hammered into a small pebble with further hammering to add texture to the surface. These pebbles of silver are not uniform so have a lovely organic feel to them.

They are finished to a high shine and come with Argentium® silver earring scrolls/backs.

Available in 3 different diameter sizes - please select size required when ordering.

Diameters are approx. 3mm (tiny), 5mm and 7mm.

3mm = just under 1/8 inch (tiny)
5mm = 1/5 inch
7mm = just over 1/4 inch

Sizes are approximate as each pair is individually made by hand so slight variations are likely.

ABOUT ARGENTIUM SILVER

Argentium® silver is less prone to tarnish than traditional sterling silver and is slightly brighter in colour.

It is also purer, with a fine silver content of 94% or 96.5% all of which is 100% recycled.

It's also hypoallergenic so less likely to cause irritation to sensitive skin.

Argentium® is a lovely quality silver and great to work with. I use it a lot in most of my work and always for ear pins and ear wire due to the hypoallergenic quality.

I use mostly Argentium Silver 940 in my work. This is hypoallergenic, more resistant to tarnish than sterling silver and has a lovely long lasting bright shine. It is also made from recycled silver so is a good eco option.
I sometimes use Sterling Silver 925.

My work will never contain nickel as I am allergic to it.

Any gemstones used are responsibly sources from reputable suppliers here in the UK.

I occasionally use found objects, like sea glass or sea pottery in my work.
